New features 59sec: statistics from COMPANY/CLIENT point of view + filters for STATISTICS & CRM

Hello dear clients 59sec

In our latest release of 59sec this weekend, we now have 2 really useful features.

  1. In “OTHER OPTIONS” tab, the admin can choose how he wants to see the statistics: from CLIENT point of view (that means 24 x7, irrespective of the work schedule set) or from COMPANY point of view (taking into consideration the work hours.

For example, if a lead is generated at 3.00 AM and the work schedule starts at 9.00 am and the lead is grabbed at 9.01 by an agent:

  • from CLIENT point of view, the lead is grabbed in 6 hours and 1 minute.
  • from COMPANY point of view, the lead is grabbed in 1 minute.

This way, you have on option to choose your preferred statistics (default from now on will be COMPANY POV, but you can change if you want) 🙂 Some companies prefer to increase the work schedule for the sales/support.

The good part is that with COMPANY POV you can see the real and relevant response time for your sales agents.

2. You can filter much easier the information in CRM tab and in STATISTICS. You can choose custom date interval, today, yesterday, this week, this month, last month, etc…
